About the role Here we call the storage team marine technicians — and that says a lot about the breadth of the job. We store over 400 boats up to 9 meters, all with outboard motors, and as a marine technician you are involved in the entire cycle around them: you lift, service, refurbish, and bottom paint. You also help prepare new boats for delivery, including epoxy and bottom painting, and you refurbish and freshen up used sales boats. Work tasks vary with the seasons — but what is common to everything you do is that you take care of customers' boats as if they were your own.
