We are looking for a leader for our workshop Become a key player in our continued journey Myggenäs Marin is one of the west coast's leading marine centers, based on Tjörn. We are an exclusive Yamaha dealer and represent brands such as Yamarin, Buster, AMT, Micore, and Sandström. With us, boat sales, service, storage, and training meet under one roof — with the goal of being the most inspiring marine center on the west coast. We are growing rapidly and have a lot going on, and we are now looking for you who want to be part of driving that journey forward. About the role The workshop is one of the three pillars that Myggenäs Marin stands on, and we operate it as a business within the business. As workshop manager, you are part of the workshop team and lead the work on the floor together with the team, with solid knowledge of boats and engines. The difference compared to others in the team is the responsibility you take — ensuring that work is completed on time and with the right quality. The role is important to us, and you may become part of a management group that sets the direction for the entire company moving forward. Who are you? • You have solid knowledge of boats and engines, and feel at home in a workshop environment. • You enjoy leading — you are a leader who sets direction, keeps control, and brings the team along. • You are organized, like order and structure, and are driven to deliver good results. • You thrive in customer interactions and are equally comfortable representing the company externally as leading in the workshop.
