Job Description As a systems administrator, you play a central role in managing and developing the region's various systems that support finance and procurement processes. The role is varied and you have multiple points of contact, for example internally within the region or with system vendors and consultants. Workplace Team This position is an expansion of our systems team, which currently consists of three people, and is placed within Finance Services. Finance Services has three units with a total of approximately 50 employees. The unit's mission is to serve as the region's central function for accounting, handle incoming customer and supplier invoices, finance administration, systems management, and provide specialist expertise in accounting and internal controls. Your workplace will be in fine, newly renovated premises on Drottninggatan in Linköping. About You We are looking for you who have: - Post-secondary education, for example with a focus on computer science/IT or finance, or who have equivalent knowledge through other education and/or work experience, which is assessed as relevant and equivalent. - Worked as a systems administrator or with systems development, or qualified work in a larger finance system, close to operations, and are accustomed to conducting dialogue with both operations and IT. You will be one of two HR Partners at the department, and your days will include both operational and strategic work. Together with colleagues, you will have the opportunity to shape and ensure professional and effective HR support. You are part of the department's management team and provide support primarily to managers and department leadership, as well as to employees. You drive HR processes based on operational needs and toward established goals for Linköping University. As an HR Partner, you are also part of a larger network at the university and participate together with the university's central HR department and other HR colleagues in developing and implementing university-wide HR processes and procedures. In your daily work, you encounter both large and small matters, and you should enjoy working with both administrative and operational HR issues as well as developing overarching HR processes. About You We are looking for someone with an academic degree from higher education in HR/Personnel or equivalent, and several years of experience with broad HR work in a generalist role, preferably in a larger complex organization. You are relationship-oriented, develop long-term collaborations with managers, colleagues, and employees, and can adapt your communication to the situations and people you meet. You exercise good judgment and can weigh and consider multiple factors in your decisions. You are confident and stable, with the ability to understand the business and act proactively from its perspective. You are self-driven and structure your approach independently and drive your processes forward. It is important that you have strong ability to communicate in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. Your Workplace You will be employed in the IKOS Operations Support Department. The department has approximately 30 employees who together assist leadership and operations with expertise, support, and coordination across various operational areas. The department has a total of ten divisions with approximately 300 employees.
