Do you want to drive projects that make a concrete difference in people's work environment – and develop within Facility Management in a larger organization? We're looking for someone who enjoys keeping projects together, creating structure, and collaborating with customers and suppliers. StudentConsulting is now recruiting, on behalf of CBRE, a Regional FM Project Manager based in Linköping. You will be directly employed by CBRE and take on a broad project management role where you drive everything from minor office adjustments and office relocations to larger renovation and technology-related projects. Above all, we're looking for the right project manager with the right drive and technical understanding. You don't need to know everything from day one. About the Role As a Regional FM Project Manager, you will be an important part of CBRE's delivery to one of the company's larger customers. Your base will be Linköping, but the assignment also covers several of the customer's operations around Sweden. You are responsible for taking projects from need and planning through implementation, follow-up, and completion. The projects vary in both scope and complexity. One project might involve a minor office adjustment or internal move, while the next could be a larger renovation or technical change in the customer's premises. The role involves many touchpoints. You work closely with the client's representatives and collaborate with CBRE colleagues, contractors, suppliers, and other external parties. Therefore, you need to enjoy the combination of project management, technology, business acumen, and people skills. Although the role has regional responsibility, much of the collaboration happens digitally and travel is limited. You will, among other things: Plan, lead, and follow up on office adjustment, renovation, and FM-related projects Be an advisory and solution-oriented partner to the customer Coordinate clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal functions Handle procurement, orders, and follow-up with external suppliers Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and reporting Ensure that projects are executed according to agreed processes, procedures, and safety requirements Contribute to development and continuous improvements in CBRE's delivery Represent CBRE in dialogue with customers and partners WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Who are we seeking? We believe you have experience in project management in some form, preferably from a technical or real estate-related activity. This could be, for example, within Facility Management, construction, installation, real estate, infrastructure, industry, or other technical activities. You don't need to come from exactly the same type of role as this one. What matters is that you have experience driving projects forward, coordinating different parties, and taking responsibility for ensuring things actually get done. If you have worked with procurement, supplier management, project economics, or technical documentation, that's a plus. Knowledge of BAS-P/BAS-U and contractor and consultant agreements such as AB04, ABT06, or ABK09 is meritorious, but we don't expect you to be an expert in all areas from day one. If you have come into contact with these areas before or have a basic understanding and willingness to develop your knowledge, that's valuable. It's also meritorious if you have experience reading drawings or have worked in, for example, Bluebeam, as well as if you have experience with security systems. For the role, you need to have: Experience driving or independently managing projects Technical understanding and interest in real estate, facilities, or technical environments Good financial acumen Good computer skills and knowledge of the Office package Good Swedish and English in speech and writing Valid driver's license (category B) As a Person We believe you thrive as someone who likes to make things happen. You are communicative and trustworthy and can conduct professional conversations with both clients, contractors, and internal colleagues. At the same time, you need to be clear, prioritize, and drive projects forward when circumstances change. You don't need to be the most senior project manager on the market. For CBRE, your ability to take responsibility, collaborate, and willingness to develop are just as important as having already worked with the exact same type of project. Unpretentiousness permeates the entire organization where a project manager is expected to be willing to handle small tasks and support beyond regular duties when needed and possible. Travel: Travel within Sweden occurs in the position, but the majority of work is based in Linköping and digital.
