About the Role The Quality team currently consists of four colleagues and is responsible for process and quality control within production and testing during the development of our products. We are further strengthening our quality focus and are seeking two quality engineers to continue meeting our customer and production needs. As a quality engineer, you are the driving force behind stable processes, high quality, and continuous improvement. You work closely with production within cross-functional collaborations and lead initiatives to improve product quality and prevent defects. You work closely with departmental teams and are responsible for organizing and implementing competency development measures throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities: Participate in daily management and report quality status. Support operators with instructions, training, and daily problem-solving. Drive implementation and improvement work in the line by developing processes, procedures, instructions, and work methods. Analyze quality outcomes and eliminate quality deficiencies by driving deviation management, root cause analyses, and corrective actions. Improve our internal processes based on COPQ and monitor quality outcomes in test and production databases. Implement and monitor capabilities for our production processes. Enhance product quality through digitalization. Conduct internal audits and follow up on actions, and participate in external customer audits in this area. Implementation of customer and group specifications in the line. Monitor process data (SPC, waste, OEE) and initiate improvements.
