Flexible Facilities Manager

We are a small independent school and preschool located right at the foot of Hallandsåsen with fields as our closest neighbors—it doesn't get much more idyllic than this. With 50 students and 15 preschool children, we function like one big family that enjoys spending time together, and we're now looking to expand our family with another responsible adult who wants to be part of our community here in Hasslöv. Your role with us means you'll be something of a hub connecting our operations, with an overview both in our facilities and out during breaks and on the bus. You'll be close to our students and their families, and you'll also become part of a wonderful team with our other staff members. You'll have a central role in our operations, so we'd like you to be social, self-directed, and able to take your own initiative. You can work as part of a group with others, but you're equally capable working independently. If you feel like you're a bit of an inventive problem-solver, we think you should apply. With us, you'll have highly varied work tasks—this could include ensuring our facilities are maintained and meet safety standards, keeping our outdoor environment pleasant and welcoming, being able to drive the organization's bus when needed, supervising students during breaks, and much more.
