We look forward to receiving your application! Your role As an IT technician, you will become a central technical resource who works both professionally and with a service-oriented approach. You are the primary contact for our production departments regarding support requests, improvements, updates, and ongoing maintenance. In addition, you are responsible for installation, configuration, and documentation of our IT solutions. In this role, you will have a broad and varied assignment with a focus on our production unit in Laholm and are part of our technical team, while also receiving support from our global IT organization. You work closely with production teams and are an important partner in ensuring that our IT solutions function optimally and continue to develop in line with business needs. We are now looking for someone who wants to help strengthen our delivery further. Main responsibilities: User support and service to end users Installation and configuration Client management Participation in IT-related improvement projects and digitalization initiatives Administration of Active Directory/Entra ID and Microsoft 365 Documentation License management Your profile We are looking for someone with several years of experience in a similar role and who is accustomed to IT support, documentation, and working closely with end users. You work structurally and proactively. You can work independently but also find it easy to collaborate, lead, and communicate in a clear and constructive manner. You have good experience with: IT support within industrial operations Windows clients AD administration Microsoft 365 Meritorious knowledge: Network administration and troubleshooting Server and application operations IT security Azure PowerShell and automation MS SQL administration Relevant certifications and training are meritorious Personal qualities For us, your personality is just as important as your technical skills.
