Facility Manager Gym Knislinge

About the Position As facility manager, you have overall responsibility for the daily operations of the facility. You lead the team, develop the business, and ensure that our members have a positive experience. The position is full-time with varying hours, including some evenings. The position is 100% Your main responsibilities: * Personnel management and scheduling * Actively work daily with leads via our CRM system * Daily work with sales, both by phone and in-person at the facility * Manage group training and coach members in our Milon training as an introduction. * Member service and sales of merchandise * Planning and implementation of activities and events * Daily cleaning and ensuring the facilities are fresh, in order, and welcoming We are looking for someone who: ⁃ Loves juggling multiple tasks and sees opportunities and challenges where others see problems.
