Job Responsibilities: As a Car Rental Agent, your main responsibilities will be to assist customers who want to rent a car from us, both corporate and private customers. This includes receiving, confirming, and preparing car rental bookings via phone, email, and in person. In addition, you will also pick up, wash, and deliver vehicles, ensuring that cars are available to customers at the right time and place. You will also be responsible for the administration and practical work required to ensure that returned vehicles are inspected and prepared as quickly as possible for the next rental. The position is based at our rental offices in Region North with Luleå as the main location. Qualifications: We are looking for someone who thrives in an international environment with many contacts, both internally and externally. One of your most important qualities is the desire to deliver high-quality service and maintain a professional approach to your work. The position requires you to be self-motivated, proactive, and unpretentious. You communicate well in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and you are a proficient user of the Office package. Driver's license category B is required, and if you have experience with any business system, that is a plus. About the role As a Rental Sales Agent, you are the hub of our rental operations. You are responsible for renting out our vehicles to customers over the counter, by phone, and via email, with a strong focus on sales and upselling. You are driven to reach targets, both as part of the team and individually. The role requires you to be organized and able to plan ahead. The right customer must get the right vehicle and the fleet must be used as efficiently as possible. You also ensure that vehicles are in the right place at the right time and always clean and well-maintained. Vehicle preparation is part of the job; physical work occurs to the same extent as administrative office work. Your main responsibilities • Rent out vehicles and write rental agreements over the counter, by phone, and via email • Work actively with sales and upselling of products and additional services based on customer needs • Plan the fleet so the right customer gets the right vehicle and occupancy is as efficient as possible • Ensure vehicles are in the right place at the right time • Prepare vehicles for rental, washing, cleaning, and detailing • Carefully inspect vehicles for damage upon return • Monitor that service intervals are followed, vehicles are inspected, and have the right tires for the season • Handle administrative tasks, daily routines, and checklists Who we are looking for We are looking for someone who is goal-oriented and energized by sales and top-class service.
