Job Responsibilities:
As a Car Rental Agent, your main responsibilities will be to assist customers who want to rent a car from us, both corporate and private customers. This includes receiving, confirming, and preparing car rental bookings via phone, email, and in person. In addition, you will also pick up, wash, and deliver vehicles, ensuring that cars are available to customers at the right time and place.
You will also be responsible for the administration and practical work required to ensure that returned vehicles are inspected and prepared as quickly as possible for the next rental.
The position is based at our rental offices in Region North with Luleå as the main location.
Qualifications:
We are looking for someone who thrives in an international environment with many contacts, both internally and externally. One of your most important qualities is the desire to deliver high-quality service and maintain a professional approach to your work. The position requires you to be self-motivated, proactive, and unpretentious.
You communicate well in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and you are a proficient user of the Office package. Driver's license category B is required, and if you have experience with any business system, that is a plus.
