Kiruna Biluthyrning AB operates Avis and Budget stations in Kiruna, Gällivare, and Pajala and is part of TEED Group, a growing vehicle company in northern Sweden. We are a smaller station with short decision-making processes, which means you get broad responsibility and see direct results from your work. About the role As a Rental Sales Agent, you are the hub of our rental operations. You are responsible for renting out our vehicles to customers over the counter, by phone, and via email, with a strong focus on sales and upselling. You are driven to reach targets, both as part of the team and individually. The role requires you to be organized and able to plan ahead. The right customer must get the right vehicle and the fleet must be used as efficiently as possible. You also ensure that vehicles are in the right place at the right time and always clean and well-maintained. Vehicle preparation is part of the job; physical work occurs to the same extent as administrative office work. Your main responsibilities • Rent out vehicles and write rental agreements over the counter, by phone, and via email • Work actively with sales and upselling of products and additional services based on customer needs • Plan the fleet so the right customer gets the right vehicle and occupancy is as efficient as possible • Ensure vehicles are in the right place at the right time • Prepare vehicles for rental, washing, cleaning, and detailing • Carefully inspect vehicles for damage upon return • Monitor that service intervals are followed, vehicles are inspected, and have the right tires for the season • Handle administrative tasks, daily routines, and checklists Who we are looking for We are looking for someone who is goal-oriented and energized by sales and top-class service. You are: • Goal-driven – you are motivated by reaching and exceeding targets, both your own and your team's • Organized – you plan ahead, think smart, and maintain order even when the pace is high • Communicative – you are comfortable with customer contact via phone, email, and over the counter • Unpretentious – you enjoy a role that varies between customer meetings, administration, and practical work with vehicles • Thorough – you have an eye for detail, from damage inspections to contracts The vehicle industry is traditionally male-dominated and we actively work for a more balanced gender distribution. Requirements for the position • B-class driver's license (manual and automatic) • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written • Basic computer skills Desirable • Experience in sales, service, retail, or similar customer-facing roles • Experience from car rental, the vehicle industry, or vehicle care What we offer • A varied full-time position where no two days are the same • Training in Avis and Budget systems and working methods • A small, committed team with short decision-making processes • Opportunity to grow within TEED Group, a company under expansion About the position • Scope: Full-time, permanent (beginning with a trial period) • Location: Kiruna • Working hours: 38.25h per week, varying hours, evening and weekend shifts occur approximately every third week • Salary: By agreement.
