Seasonal Snow Removal Machine Operator & Laborer

About the Job Are you a morning person, have great stamina, and enjoy working outdoors regardless of weather? Then we have the job for you! We are now hiring both laborers and machine operators for snow removal during the winter season. Your Responsibilities As part of our winter team, you will: · Ensure roads, walkways, entrances, and parking areas are kept clear of snow and ice hazards. · Shovel snow by hand and sand as needed. · Operate machinery (wheel loader, tractor, or similar) for snow removal if you have the appropriate experience. · Contribute to keeping our customers' environments safe and secure during the winter months. Who Are You? To thrive with us, you need to be flexible, stress-tolerant, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed. Work often occurs during early mornings, late evenings, or on short notice depending on weather conditions, so you must be prepared for irregular working hours. Qualifications: · B driver's license is a plus. Machine operator certification is a plus but not required. · Experience operating machinery (wheel loader, tractor, implement carrier) is desirable. · Good physical fitness and willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
