Through our initiative, we are shaping the next generation of Refrigeration Technicians. During the introductory period via Satellite Group, you will develop skills so that you quickly become confident in the tasks required in the Refrigeration Technician role. You will then be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant at Indoor for at least 18 months. About the Position As a Refrigeration Technician at Indoor, you will be part of the service department consisting of 8 technicians. In the role, you will have frequent contact with customers and work with most aspects of refrigeration, from maintenance and service to renovations, troubleshooting, and recommendations for the customers' various facilities. Each assignment varies in scope, and you will work in many different types of environments, from small restaurant kitchens to large industries or property management companies. The position also includes extensive documentation and reporting in systems. You are responsible for your own customers and have great freedom in the role while also receiving close support from knowledgeable colleagues with broad expertise in various areas. To give you the right conditions in the role, you will initially work closely with an experienced colleague to gradually learn the organization, customers, and the different types of facilities you work with. Service Technician
Do you have experience in mechanics, service, or repair in vehicles or heavy industry? Do you want to work in a high-tech environment where quality, safety, and problem-solving are the focus? We are now helping BAE Systems build a completely new service organization and are looking for several dedicated service technicians. About the Position As a service technician, you will be part of a newly established department that will grow in the coming years. The role offers a varied daily routine where practical work is combined with troubleshooting, analysis, and technical support – both in the workshop and out in the field. You will work closely with project managers and other functions, and you will have an important role in ensuring the function, quality, and operational reliability of advanced systems. Travel is a natural part of the position, both nationally and internationally. Your Tasks In this role, you will, among other things: - Perform troubleshooting, service, and mechanical repairs on advanced systems and vehicles. - Replace worn components and identify and analyze wear and improvement needs. - Perform warranty work and service updates, both mechanically and to some extent within software. - Support national and international exercises by ensuring that systems function as they should. - Work based on production orders, bill of materials, and assembly instructions. - Contribute to technical documentation and reporting of work performed and deviations. - Collaborate with internal functions such as project managers, development, and technical support. Qualifications We are looking for someone with a technical background, either through education in areas such as electrical work, production engineering, vehicles, or mechanics, or equivalent work experience. You have previously worked practically in a production environment and feel confident handling technical tasks and instructions in your daily work. You have good knowledge of both Swedish and English, as the work involves documentation, instructions, and collaboration with various functions. Furthermore, you are comfortable working with digital tools and have good general computer skills, including the Office suite and other production-related systems. We would like you to also have experience in reading drawings and CAD, as well as having worked in MPS systems or similar production systems. To succeed in this role, we see that you have: - Practical experience from production, preferably within electrical work, assembly, or other service-oriented activities. - Good technical understanding and experience working according to instructions and quality requirements. - Ability to combine precision with an efficient working method.
