About the role of treatment pedagogue or social pedagogue, temporary position We are now seeking temporary staff for our newly started facility. We work with commitment in everything surrounding our clients. The role of treatment pedagogue/social pedagogue involves planning, implementing and following up on educational and treatment interventions based on the individual's needs. The work is based on creating safe relationships, motivating change and strengthening the individual's ability to be independent. It also includes documenting interventions and participating in planning meetings and development work. You serve as a support for the client and together you develop strategies to achieve daily goals.
