About Viljan Nävertorp HVB Nävertorp HVB is a substance abuse treatment facility for women and men aged 21-65 years. We offer structured, individually tailored treatment both individually and in groups. We base our work on CBT and adapt the intervention according to the client's needs. The facility has 16 places. About the role of treatment pedagogue or social pedagogue, temporary position We are now seeking temporary staff for our newly started facility. We work with commitment in everything surrounding our clients. The role of treatment pedagogue/social pedagogue involves planning, implementing and following up on educational and treatment interventions based on the individual's needs. The work is based on creating safe relationships, motivating change and strengthening the individual's ability to be independent. It also includes documenting interventions and participating in planning meetings and development work. You serve as a support for the client and together you develop strategies to achieve daily goals. Main work tasks: Support the client in daily treatment work Documentation Treatment conversations Plan and structure weekly planning Qualifications You are relationship-building and have a good ability to establish contact with people in a vulnerable situation. You are calm, stable and can maintain a realistic perspective on situations that arise in daily work. You have good collaboration skills and relate to others in a responsive way and enjoy cooperating with others. You are an independent, humble and responsible person who is passionate about care work and can see the individual's needs. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Requirements: Qualified social pedagogue or treatment pedagogue 400 YH Previous experience with substance abuse treatment B-class driving licence Good knowledge of Swedish, spoken and written Good computer skills, experience with documentation.
