QMS Manager Making Real Difference

We're seeking an experienced Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health & Safety manager to step in where our current leader is leaving off, and continue developing the strong work already established. This is a central role in our organization, where you and your QMS specialist will be the hub of our quality, environment, and occupational health & safety efforts. That requires active, present, and systematic work – and you're the one who holds it all together. We have a well-functioning management system, certified according to ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001. Your task will be to maintain what works, develop what can be even better, and ensure that our processes and routines function and live in our daily operations. An important part of your responsibility is also to monitor new laws, regulations, and industry requirements, and ensure we quickly and securely implement them in the business. You're the one who sees changes coming – and helps us stay one step ahead. You'll work closely with operations, management, and our support functions, and you'll have personnel responsibility for an experienced and self-driven colleague. You'll also be an important part of our growing Nordic collaboration with Finland, where we together build shared working methods and standards to reach our goals. This is a role for someone who wants to combine operational presence with strategic development, and who thrives with creating order, clarity, and security in a business that's constantly evolving. You're a member of both the Operations and People and Operational Excellence management groups. Your areas of responsibility – in brief Lead and develop Luotea's quality, environment, and occupational health & safety efforts Further develop our established management system and ensure compliance Ensure operations work according to our processes and routines Monitor, interpret, and implement new laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements Conduct internal and external audits Lead work with deviations, analyses, and corrective actions Ensure trainings are conducted and knowledge stays alive Participate in new business launches and ensure QMS delivery Drive environmental work, such as emission reductions and chemical management Strengthen and lead safety culture in the organization – with focus on health, safety, and zero accidents Contribute to shared Nordic working methods together with Finland About you You're confident in your competence and have worked with QMS matters for several years. You're structured, responsible, and experienced at creating order and clarity. You're comfortable with a high pace and continuously prioritizing your tasks. You're communicative, curious, and brave enough to challenge old ways of working – always with respect, facts, and consideration as your foundation. You thrive in a role where you both think and do. To succeed in this role, you have At least 5 years of experience with QMS work Very good knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 Experience with management systems and auditing Experience with regulatory monitoring and implementation of new requirements Good Swedish and English, spoken and written Class B driver's license Merits Experience from property management, FM, or facility services Experience with chemical management systems or occupational health & safety systems About Luotea We work with public and commercial property owners across the country and want to be at the forefront of Facility Management.
