Fire Safety Technician

About the Position As a Fire Safety Technician with us, you'll have varied and stimulating work with significant personal responsibility. You'll work both practically and problem-solving to maintain and improve fire protection in properties throughout the Stockholm area. You'll work with SBA, fire safety inspections, connecting and disconnecting fire alarms and sprinkler systems, and reporting issues and actions to clients. In addition, you'll perform supervision, maintenance, and care on contracted sites and to some extent help develop SBA work within the organization. You'll become part of our knowledgeable fire safety team and work closely with colleagues across different areas of expertise. About You We're looking for someone who is service-oriented, independent, and enjoys meeting people in your daily work. You're comfortable taking personal responsibility, are thorough, and like to see the bigger picture when working. Collaboration is a natural part of the role – you're open, communicative, and happy to share your knowledge. To succeed in this role, you have: • Upper secondary education with a vocational diploma in operations, control, electrical work, or university entrance qualification • Experience with fire alarms • Relevant SBA training • At least 1 year of experience and in-depth knowledge in fire safety work • Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written • Very good computer skills and administrative ability as all reporting is done digitally • Driver's license category B Meritorious • Facility Manager Fire Alarm certification • Facility Manager Sprinkler certification • Training in smoke ventilation/roof vents • Hot Work (Fire Hazard) training • Fall protection training • Supervisor of Flammable Goods certification Why Choose Luotea Our customers are public and commercial property owners throughout the country.
