Erikshjälpen is a children's rights organization with a non-profit second-hand operation. Together we share a common vision: a changed world where children's dreams come to life. We work to combat poverty and vulnerability by promoting children's rights in 16 countries. In Sweden, children's rights work is carried out primarily through Erikshjälpen Framtidsverkstad, in close collaboration with our second-hand stores. In total, we operate about 50 Erikshjälpen Second Hand stores in Sweden and Norway. One of Erikshjälpen Second Hand's missions is to generate as much surplus as possible for the children's rights organization Erikshjälpen. 1 position(s). Would you like to contribute to realizing children's rights by working operationally, primarily with transport and donation collection? Erikshjälpen is now recruiting a driver/store associate for our store in Linköping. We welcome your application! Description As a driver, you are responsible for the store's pickups and deliveries of donations/goods through personal meetings in donors'/customers' homes. Examples of work duties: Working together with the store's staff to create as large an inflow of donated goods as possible and selling these from the store. Organize and carry out pickups and deliveries of goods. We use a light truck as a tool for pickups and deliveries. Donation collection and logistics are also included to some extent. Have special responsibility for the truck's maintenance and service. Waste and environmental management. You are part of the store's team and regular store work is included in the position. Mentoring of people in work training is a natural part of your work. Some weekend duty is included in the position. Qualifications You: Hold a Class B driver's license. Have experience in transport/logistics/retail work. Experience in vehicle care and traffic safety is a merit. Good social skills and experience with customer interactions. Find it easy to follow routines and work methods.
