Now we're looking for a creative and pedagogical dance teacher on a part-time basis for Flen's Culture School! HERE'S WHAT YOUR WORK WILL INVOLVE As a dance teacher with us, you will teach students aged 6–22 years and adapt your instruction so that each group can grow based on their own conditions and ideas. You are part of the creative team behind the musical theater program, where you work closely with voice and drama teachers to weave dance together with other stage art forms. You also have a key role in the Culture School's all productions, from rehearsals in the dance studio to the finished performance on stage. The work is primarily conducted in afternoons and evenings in our newly built facilities at Bildningscentrum Stenhammar. In addition to lessons, you participate in the school's joint development work through monthly APT meetings as well as ongoing team and operational meetings. THIS ROLE REQUIRES THAT YOU: Have relevant higher education in dance, or other education/experience that the employer considers equivalent. The Culture School is a creative and dynamic unit consisting of 15 committed employees. Here you get to work in your own adapted facilities within Bildningscentrum Stenhammar. Our mission extends from regular culture school instruction to coordinating and enriching the municipality's primary schools with cultural projects such as creative school and school cinema.
