JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a Russian mother tongue teacher, you will have an important role in supporting students with Russian as their mother tongue in their language development. Teaching takes place both individually and in groups, primarily at the primary school level, and is conducted at several of the municipality's schools. You are responsible for planning, conducting, and evaluating instruction in accordance with applicable guidelines. The work also includes collaborating with classroom teachers, mentors, and guardians to provide students with the best possible conditions. The scope of the position depends on student enrollment, but is expected to correspond to approximately 7 hours per week. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who: • are a certified teacher with qualification in Russian mother tongue, or have equivalent education, • have very good skills in both spoken and written Russian, • can express yourself well in Swedish in both speech and writing, • have pedagogical experience and the ability to adapt teaching based on students' individual needs. We place great importance on your personal qualities. You need to be flexible, self-directed, and comfortable working independently, while also being good at collaboration.
