About Spiragården Alfta We at Spiragården are proud to be able to offer a state-of-the-art residence for those in need. The residence is situated in a quiet location in Alfta with proximity to the center and community services, while also having nature at hand. The residence has 13 beds where each resident has their own apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Additionally, there are common areas such as kitchen/dining area and community spaces. In the residence, support is designed for those living here so they can live as independently as possible with varied content regarding occupation, activities, and community. Each resident is assigned a contact person who is responsible for planning, implementation, and follow-up regarding the resident. About the Role As a residential support staff member, you are an important part of the lives of those living at Spiragården. The treatment of those living with us follows our values and is characterized by our pedagogical approach. Our vision is to make this day better than yesterday, together, for the people we have the privilege of caring for. We are seeking: We are now seeking residential support staff, full-time. Working hours: days, evenings, and weekends. Trial employment for 6 months. Start date May 14, 2026, or by agreement. We are looking for someone with relevant education in psychiatry/care and social services (e.g., nursing assistant with or without psychiatric specialization, nurse, treatment pedagogue, social pedagogue, support pedagogue) and experience from psychiatric and/or care services according to SoL/LSS. Holds a class B driver's license. You have documented experience working in similar activities and can provide good references. Meritorious if you have knowledge and experience with low-affective communication and clarifying pedagogy and/or ESL (A Self-Reliant Life).
