Du har minst två års dokumenterad erfarenhet av chefsuppdrag och dokumenterad erfarenhet av arbete inom lagrum LSS samt goda vitsord kring ledarskap. We have 56 beds divided among six units: Heden, Hedbacken, Hedgården, Solheden, Björkheden, and Solrosen. About the role As a residential support worker, you base your work on the residents' individual needs and wishes, providing support in daily life using a pedagogical approach. Working together with other staff, you aim to make each day meaningful and rewarding. You support and guide with personal care, meals, medication management, cleaning, community contacts, and communication. An important part of the work is to encourage and motivate residents to develop their abilities and create opportunities for an active and meaningful leisure time. Your tasks also include documenting and planning based on implementation plans. Work hours are scheduled for daytime, evenings, weekends, and night shifts (awake nights). Garvarvägen is located 2 kilometers outside central Ljusdal, beautifully situated close to nature, bathing beaches, and scenic walking trails, within walking distance to the town center. The beautiful area is called Lillhaga and is surrounded by Lake Borrsjön on one side and the Ljusnan river on the other.
