We're looking for a stable and responsible person with positive energy for a young man who will soon be an adult in Dalby. You will work at an employment level of approximately 75%. Shifts are between 07:00-17:00 or 15:00-22:00 on weekdays. On weekends 08:00-17:00. Night shifts may also occur. The young man lives with his family in Dalby. He has extensive multiple disabilities with recurring (daily) epileptic seizures and uses a wheelchair. He's a happy and wonderful person to work with! His main interests are skiing, swimming, and music. He goes to swimming training once a week, so it shouldn't be a problem for you to jump in the pool. We're looking for someone who has worked as a personal assistant and is experienced with extensive care and feels confident in it. You need to be empathetic and compassionate, as well as have the ability to switch between making important decisions and being a good friend who comes up with fun things to do! Since his condition varies day to day, it's important that you as an assistant are adaptable. Being responsible and able to follow routines is a requirement for the position. Smoke-free is a requirement. You need to be flexible and able to fill in at short notice when needed, for example during illness and similar situations.
