If the work involves services for people over 18 years old, you must provide a certificate from the criminal record registry. We're looking for a stable and responsible person with positive energy to work with a young man soon reaching adulthood in Dalby. You'll work on a position equivalent to approximately 75%. Shifts are between 07:00-17:00 or 15:00-22:00 on weekdays. On weekends 08:00-17:00. Night shifts may also occur. The young man lives with his family in Dalby. He has extensive multiple disabilities with recurring (daily) seizures and uses a wheelchair. He's a happy and wonderful person to work with! His main interests are skiing, swimming, and music. He has swimming training once a week, so it must not be a problem for you to jump in the pool. We're looking for someone who has worked as a personal assistant and is experienced with extensive care work and comfortable with it. You need to be empathetic and compassionate, and have the ability to switch between making important decisions and being a good friend who comes up with fun activities! Since his condition varies from day to day, it's important that you as an assistant are adaptable. Being responsible and able to follow routines is a requirement for the position. Non-smoking is a requirement. You need to be flexible and able to step in at short notice when needed, for example during illness and similar situations.
