Specialist Nurse Aleris ASIH Nynäshamn

About Us Within Aleris ASIH, we work in interprofessional teams with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, dietitians, social workers, nursing assistants, and physiotherapists to provide our patients with the best care. We operate from several locations in Stockholm County. Aleris ASIH is part of Aleris Community Healthcare, which also includes a specialized palliative care unit, Basic home healthcare, Rehab Station, and Uppsala Close Care. Our operations have extensive experience in ASIH and currently operate nine different ASIH teams in the southern parts of Stockholm County. We have high expertise and well-established work methods, and we operate a well-functioning 24-bed palliative inpatient care unit located at Handens Hospital. Within ASIH, we care for seriously ill patients who are cared for in their own homes and need advanced medical services that would otherwise be provided in inpatient care. Our goal is to create conditions for the best possible quality of life, regardless of where the patient receives care. This includes providing the best possible symptom control and relief based on the patient's own wishes and through 24-hour availability. Everyone in our interprofessional team works closely together to meet patients' needs in the best possible way. We work with a person-centered approach and use the 6 S's to support our mindset. We also actively work on implementing digitalization in healthcare, which includes video visits and chat for the unit.
