Som personlig assistent kommer du att följa med kunden i skolan och arbeta tillsammans med ytterligare en assistent. Dina arbetsuppgifter är varierande och innefattar stöd i kommunikation, lek och aktiviteter under raster samt träning och stretching. Du kommer även att hjälpa kunden med måltider via PEG, förflyttningar till och från rullstol, personlig omvårdnad, inhalationer, slemsugning och andra dagliga behov. Kunden saknar talat språk och kommunicerar med hjälp av bilder. Du kommer även att få lära dig att tolka kundens ljud, mimik och kroppsspråk för att på bästa sätt förstå och möta kundens behov. Arbetstid, tjänstgöringsgrad och lön Aktuell anställningsform är ”så länge assistansuppdraget varar” med en tjänstgöringsgrad på cirka 75 %. Passen är förlagda på vardagar, kl. 9-15. Arbetet omfattar även skollov. Fast timlön enligt överenskommelse och övriga ersättningar sker enligt kollektivavtal. Tillträde: 2026-07-20 eller enligt överenskommelse.
