We are looking for someone with: 1–3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, or similar commercial support roles, with a good understanding of commercial processes within Sales and Customer Success Experience working with CRM and automation platforms, preferably HubSpot, and an interest in building efficient and scalable workflows Practical experience with AI tools, integrations, or low/no-code platforms such as n8n, Zapier, or Make A strong interest in data-driven work, process automation, and finding smarter ways to improve how teams operate A structured and detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to simplify complex tasks and turn challenges into practical solutions Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different functions and understand the needs of various stakeholders Curiosity and eagerness to continuously learn about automation, AI, and integrations You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with others and are excited about helping build a seamless and efficient commercial tech stack that enables teams to work smarter.
