We are looking for a personal assistant who wants to become an important part of the daily life of a 33-year-old man with intellectual disabilities. He lives in his own apartment in Hässleholm and has his own car. We are seeking someone who can provide safety, joy, and structure in his everyday life. We are looking for a personal assistant at approximately 75% as well as hourly substitutes who can work as needed. It would be an advantage if you already have the ability to work extra when needed. About the Position The work involves providing support in daily life and together creating a safe and meaningful existence. Working Hours: Weekdays: 15.30–08.30 and 15.30–21.00, when the member attends day activities. Weekends: 08.30–08.30 and 10.00–21.00. The work can at times involve a faster pace, and it is therefore important that you are stress-resilient, flexible, and can maintain calm even when the situation requires it.
