About the position We are seeking a cheerful, curious, and responsible personal assistant for a wonderful and active 24-year-old woman in Bjärred. The client lives an active and social life. She loves going to the cinema, eating out, audiobooks, and participating in activities such as theater and dance – and now she is looking for the right person who can help and support her in her everyday life. As an assistant, you will play an important role in creating both security and joy in her life. The client lives with cerebral palsy and needs help and support in all aspects of her daily life. Who are you? The role of personal assistant places high demands on the ability to build good relationships. We are looking for someone who is responsible, attentive, and enjoys working closely with other people. We believe you are a trustworthy person with a big heart who enjoys helping others. If you have previously worked as a personal assistant, that's a plus, but the most important thing is the right attitude and approach. We are looking for someone who matches the following: Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written It is also an asset if you: Have previous experience working in healthcare or as a personal assistant Have a manual B driver's license Are a social, open, and active person Great weight will be placed on personal suitability. Employment form and working hours The current employment form is hourly employment, which means work as needed. There is also an opportunity to work every Thursday between 4:00 PM–8:30 PM. In addition to Thursday shifts, you will also have the opportunity to work extra as needed during regular staff absences and vacations. Salary Fixed hourly wage by agreement and other compensation according to collective bargaining agreement. Start date September 1 or by agreement.
