You have a B-category driver's license and feel comfortable driving, as the job involves accompanying the client to activities such as swimming, basketball, horseback riding, outings, and other leisure activities. We're looking for you to be involved in the client's development, help the client discover new interests, and work pedagogically to strengthen the client's independence. For us, personal suitability and experience with autism are more important than formal education. The work is performed in the client's home and involves becoming part of the family's daily life.
