Varje assistans är unikt anpassad utifrån kundens liv och därför kan arbetsuppgifter variera beroende på arbetsplatsen. Kunden är 10 år och bor tillsammans med sin familj i Tungelsta. Kunden behöver hjälp och stöd med det mesta i vardagen. Vi söker dig som har ett varmt bemötande, mycket tålamod och en god förmåga att skapa trygghet, glädje och struktur i barnets vardag. Vem är du? Rollen som personlig assistent ställer höga krav på förmågan att skapa goda relationer. Vi söker dig som är kommunikativ och som naturligt pratar med kunden under varje moment i vardagen. Du förklarar vad som sker och involverar kunden i det som händer för att främja kundens kommunikation och delaktighet. Du är lyhörd, observant och har lätt för att ta till dig information för att på bästa sätt kunna möta kundens behov. För tjänsten krävs det att du har: har goda kunskaper i svenska har god fysik och kan utföra tunga lyft är rökfri ej allergisk mot klor och simkunnig, då arbetet kan innebära att följa med kunden till badhuset och delta vid badaktiviteter. För tjänsten är det meriterande om du: tidigare erfarenhet av arbete med barn med funktionsnedsättning har erfarenhet och kunskap om epilepsi Stor vikt kommer att läggas kring personlig lämplighet. Arbetstid, tjänstgöringsgrad och lön Aktuell anställningsform är ”så länge assistansuppdraget varar” med en tjänstgöringsgrad på cirka 60 %. Tjänsten innebär arbete på vardagar (måndag-fredag) mellan kl. 13:00 - 20:30 samt nattpass mellan kl. 19:00-08:00 (med 7,5 timme jourtid). På söndagar är arbetstiderna 08:30-15:30 samt 21:30-08:00. Vi ser gärna att du kan arbeta två eftermiddags-/kvällspass och två nattpass per vecka. Fast timlön enligt överenskommelse och övriga ersättningar sker enligt kollektivavtal. In your role as a personal care assistant, you will mainly help the client with everything that arises in daily life and with basic needs. Your work involves respecting the client's self-determination and integrity, and contributes to making everyday life run smoothly. The client is a man living in Norrby, Haninge. He uses a wheelchair and needs your support with transfers (a lift is available in the home) as well as with personal care and everyday tasks. The assignment also includes managing medical equipment, as the client uses a cough assist machine and a breathing machine during both day and night. He has a strong interest in classic cars, 1950s music, and ice hockey – Djurgården is his team! We are now seeking two new assistants for his team. Who are you? The role of personal care assistant places high demands on the ability to build good relationships. We are looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. You have good physical fitness and feel comfortable working with transfers and medical equipment (training will be provided on-site). It is important that you have good communication skills and take initiative to see what needs to be done.
