We are currently looking for you to join our wonderful team and work as a personal assistant for our male client in Malmö. What does this position involve? As needed. Shifts during day, evening, night, and weekends. Our client is a man living in Malmö. He has MS and uses a wheelchair. He wants to live as normal a life as possible despite his illness. Therefore, it is important that you as an assistant are humble, attentive, and have a strong work ethic. Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone who is committed, respectful, and attentive. We would appreciate it if you have great patience and the ability to be personable while acting professionally. As an assistant, you will help the client with daily tasks such as personal hygiene, cooking, cleaning, transfers to/from mobility aids, leisure activities, etc. We would appreciate it if you: Have a genuine interest in helping others. Can understand and communicate in Swedish. Can work flexible hours - day, evening, night, and weekends. Have experience in care and support work. Are a non-smoker. Additional Information Employment type: As needed Work hours: day, evening, night, and weekends. Start date: Immediate. We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. We are seeking a personal assistant for our teenage son who has a psychological developmental level of 1-2 years. The boy is able to walk with some support needed for balance, uses diapers, and requires assistance with everything in his daily life.
