Personal Assistant (50-100%) for 13-Year-Old Boy in Kristianstad

We are seeking a personal assistant for our teenage son who has a psychological developmental level of 1-2 years. The boy is able to walk with some support needed for balance, uses diapers, and requires assistance with everything in his daily life. This job is a good fit for you if you: - Have great patience and a calm demeanor - Are attentive, empathetic, and focused on the boy and the work as a whole - quick learner and adaptable - Have understanding for children's different needs - Can adjust your approach based on the child's needs/developmental level and master low-affective communication - Have the ability to wait and not become stressed - Can use public transportation and are not allergic to pets (requirement) - Can sit still for long periods but also have the ability to be active for extended times Meritorious experience: - Working with small children - Epilepsy, cerebral palsy, and autism - AAC/TAKK/Sign language - Feeding tubes/gastrostomy and medications - Experience working with people who have functional variations We offer: - Introduction and support - Position between 50-100% with the expectation that it works well.
