During school terms, I attend school and after-school programs, where I communicate using pictures. In my free time, I like to be outdoors. My "roll" has a third wheel so I can get around almost anywhere. I can stand on my own feet and train regularly in my standing frame (at least 60 min/day). I love music very much. Others might get tired of hearing the same songs over and over again, but I become happy and calm from music I recognize. Routines are important to me and my assistants work systematically throughout the day to create clarity. Since I don't have spoken language, there is sometimes some frustration. It is important that you see early signs and can redirect me in time. It is important that I know what is going to happen and feel prepared. When people don't understand me, I can become "lightning angry" and maybe throw something on the floor or wave my arms. Then it's important that you as an assistant stay calm and don't get scared. Just as quickly as I became angry, I become happy again. I always have a trick up my sleeve; I like humor and laughter. Who are you applying for this job?
