Your Responsibilities • Innovative product development and documentation: Continuously improve and develop innovative cash and foreign exchange product solutions to meet market requirements and enhance customer satisfaction. • Performance monitoring: Strengthen monitoring and forecasting capabilities for key product performance indicators to ensure optimal performance and strategic decision-making. • Stakeholder management: Maintain and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, counterparties, and clients to ensure effective collaboration and communication. • Resource management and presentation: Present products internally and externally, manage resources, and lead teams to achieve product objectives. • Regulatory compliance: Ensure regulatory compliance, promptly resolve audited items, and regularly update procedures, policies, and customer documentation. • Risk management: Identify and manage material risks in accordance with the risk framework, optimize costs, and develop new revenue streams. • Technology optimization: Monitor and stabilize the technology environment in collaboration with IT, implement and expand cash management and foreign exchange operation services, and increase operational efficiency and service delivery. • Financial reporting standards: Support transition to new financial reporting standards, such as ISO 20022, to ensure regulatory compliance and improve cross-border payment processes. Your Profile • University degree • Ideally prior experience in a bank, financial institution, corporate treasury department, or comparable experience with consulting in the relevant function. • Good knowledge of treasury activities. • Interest in financial markets, financial products, and the regulatory environment. • Analytical skills, results-oriented, engagement, high degree of organizational independence, motivation, and accuracy. • Basic knowledge of financial management systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA Finance). • Strong knowledge of business analytics and programming (VBA, Python, R) is an advantage. • Effective team player with good communication skills. • Competent command of MS Office. • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken; German or French is an advantage.
