About the Role As Operations Manager, you have overall responsibility for operations at Låktatjåkko Mountain Station. You are responsible for daily operations, guest experience, finances, and leading a team of approximately 10–13 employees consisting of mountain guides and kitchen staff, which varies by season. You manage the operation closely with both guests and staff, ensuring that the mountain station is run with high quality, excellent service, safety, and sound economics. The role is partly operational. This means you plan, lead, and follow up on operations while working alongside the team in daily tasks when needed. You report to the F&B Manager and collaborate closely with several different departments.
