We are seeking an experienced and engaged Service Center Manager for the service workshop for Volkswagen at Werksta Mölnlycke Gothenburg. Handle personnel matters such as recruitment, onboarding, skills development, and follow-ups. Who Are You? You have extensive experience working with VGS brands – This is a requirement. You are familiar with all VW systems such as Elsa, Etka, etc. You are an experienced manager/leader and have held a position as a team leader/workshop manager or similar. Good computer skills, administrative ability, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You communicate easily in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. You have automotive/mechanical experience/background. B-driver's license (manual transmission). If you have previously worked with systems such as Cabas, Cabplan, Winassist, that is a merit. This is a full-time position, starting as soon as possible. Important for this position are your drive and motivation for work.
