We are now seeking a Service Advisor for our customers in Gothenburg. Do you feel ready for a new challenge in a varied environment where customer focus and quality are important? About the Service Advisor Role As a Service Advisor, you are the company's face to the outside world and the central hub. You receive customers, guide them through their entire workshop visit, and provide support and guidance on technical matters. An important part of your work is to always provide professional service to customers, which requires that you have strong customer focus, can handle work where many things happen simultaneously, and where you always strive for quality, both toward customers and in your administrative tasks. Your main responsibilities include scheduling customers for service and repairs, receiving and handing over vehicles, pricing jobs, and calling customers with quotations. You will also handle warranty and insurance matters, process customer complaints, and assist with other matters that arise at our customer reception. Together with your colleagues, you plan and are responsible for optimized operations and productivity in the workshop. For us, it is important that you have the attitude that we work together as a team and that we therefore support and help each other where needed. Qualifications • Driver's License Category B manual transmission • Experience using telephone and computer as work tools, MS Office • Good knowledge of Kobra, Automaster, WinAssist, Elsa, or equivalent systems • Experience in the Service Advisor role or similar work • Knowledge of CABAS, spare parts, or warranty handling is advantageous • Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing Your Profile To thrive in the Service Advisor role, you should enjoy working in an advisory capacity toward customers, often in a high-paced and stressful tempo. This requires high service awareness, good communication skills, and the ability to handle work where many things happen simultaneously. You have a technical interest and an ability to solve problems that may arise in your work.
