Job Description: • Leading a shift of 15 employees • Oversight of compliance with work procedures • Organization and distribution of work during the shift • Training of employees, supervision of occupational health and safety compliance • Handling of packaging, materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods between individual workstations and warehouses • Work according to technical documentation and inspection of welds • Work in a two-shift operation We Require: • Experience in team leadership in a manufacturing environment • Basic knowledge of PC operation • Ability to learn new things quickly • Knowledge of reading technical documentation • Valid CO2 welding certification per EN9606-01 • License to operate forklifts and crane operation a plus • Attention to detail, independence, and a responsible approach to work quality
CNC Laser Operator
Job Responsibilities: • Operate TruLaser 3030 fiber 4kW laser cutting machine • Prepare and load material (sheet metal), work with crane • Start and monitor cutting process according to program • Perform basic machine maintenance and tool replacement • Inspect quality of finished parts according to technical drawings Candidate Requirements: • Experience operating CNC machines – laser experience is a plus • Basic understanding of technical drawings • Knowledge of materials • Attention to detail, independence, and technical thinking • Physical fitness

We require: 2-3 years of experience in the field, CO2 welder certification, rigger-crane operator certification and forklift operator certification as an advantage, independent work according to drawing documentation, compliance with prescribed processes and technological discipline. For foreign nationals we require knowledge of the Czech language.
