Job Description: • Leading a shift of 15 employees • Oversight of compliance with work procedures • Organization and distribution of work during the shift • Training of employees, supervision of occupational health and safety compliance • Handling of packaging, materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods between individual workstations and warehouses • Work according to technical documentation and inspection of welds • Work in a two-shift operation We Require: • Experience in team leadership in a manufacturing environment • Basic knowledge of PC operation • Ability to learn new things quickly • Knowledge of reading technical documentation • Valid CO2 welding certification per EN9606-01 • License to operate forklifts and crane operation a plus • Attention to detail, independence, and a responsible approach to work quality
