Your primary workplace is at the Folkhögskola's Wik unit, located adjacent to Wiks Castle (24 km south of Uppsala). In-person meetings are held at Region Uppsala's unit in Ultuna/Uppsala. Evening and weekend work occurs in connection with these in-person meetings. As a course administrator for the interpreter training programs, you work both administratively and with the school's contacts with current and prospective course participants. Communication with participants takes place through the Google Classroom learning platform, but also via telephone or email. The position includes invoicing, payments, logistical planning of in-person meetings, ordering course materials, mailings, and archiving course certificates. You will have extensive participant contact, as well as close collaboration with the course instructors and language mentors. You will be part of the school's administrative team, which holds regular coordination meetings. Your Qualifications To be considered for this position, you must have upper secondary school education. You express yourself very well in Swedish both verbally and in writing, and you have good knowledge of the Office package. You have documented experience working with course administration and basic financial administration. Knowledge of the HR and payroll system Heroma is advantageous.
