Service Staff Wanted for Kappa Bar Uppsala At Kappa Bar, a restaurant visit is about more than just food and drinks. Now we're looking for service staff for Kappa Bar Uppsala who want to be part of our team and help us create really great evenings for our guests. Since our start in Gothenburg in 2016, Kappa Bar has grown to multiple restaurants across Sweden. With us, food, drinks, gaming, events, and community come together under one roof. What does the job involve? As part of the service team, you're often the person with the most contact with our guests. You take orders, serve food and drinks, and make sure guests feel seen and welcome throughout their visit. The work involves, among other things: Welcoming and taking care of our guests Taking orders and serving food and drinks Providing personal and friendly service Keeping the restaurant tidy and preparing for service Collaborating with the kitchen and bar to create a good flow Helping out with our various events and activities Who are we looking for? We're looking for someone who is social, positive, and enjoys working with people. You like when things are busy and can maintain both focus and a friendly demeanor even when the restaurant is full. For us, attitude and personality matter. You take responsibility, see what needs to be done, and willingly help your colleagues when needed. We believe that you: Enjoy service and meeting people Are positive, responsible, and solution-oriented Thrive working at a fast pace Enjoy collaborating and contributing to a good team atmosphere Are flexible and can work evenings and weekends Preferably have previous experience from a restaurant or service environment Experience is of course a plus, but for us the right attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
