Founding UI/UX & Brand Designer
TL;DR We're looking for a Founding Designer to own how Spiich looks, feels, and behaves — across product and brand. You'll define the UI/UX for every surface (web, mobile, browser extension) and shape the visual identity of the company itself. Production React/vibe coding skills are a plus, not a requirement — taste, craft, and judgment are the job. Why join We're a small, talent-dense team building a generation-defining company from Stockholm. We value speed, rigor, and extreme ownership. If you're obsessed with craft, thrive in ambiguity, and want to define how sales professionals experience AI, you'll feel at home. Design at Spiich is an open field: agentic software has no established patterns yet. How should a rep review what an autonomous agent did overnight? What does trust look like in an interface? You'll answer questions most designers never get to ask. We're backed by founders and operators behind Lovable, OpenAI, Tandem Health, and Neo4j. Our customers across 10 countries report 90% less prospecting time, 3x market coverage, and 2x customer meetings. What you'll do (responsibilities) In one sentence: Own design end-to-end — product UX and company brand. Design the product across web, mobile, and browser extension: flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI Invent interaction patterns for agentic software — reviewing agent work, voice-first flows, and trust and transparency in AI actions Build and own the design system our engineers ship from Prototype at the speed of thought: use AI tools to go from idea to working demo in hours, not sprints Own the brand: visual identity, website, decks, and everything the world sees — and shape the next chapter of our brand as we grow Do user research with real customers, iterate daily, and let findings kill your darlings Work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineers so designs ship fast and ship true Who you are Designer with exceptional taste and a portfolio that proves it — both product work and brand/visual work Strong in UX thinking and UI craft: typography, spacing, motion, and the details most people miss Proficient in Figma; comfortable prototyping at high fidelity Comfortable with ambiguity, early-stage chaos, and fast iteration Care more about solving problems than polishing abstractions Fully committed to the mission: not "just a job" Bonus: You prototype and ship with AI tools — Lovable, Claude Design, Claude Code, Codex, or similar. Production React is welcome too, but we have engineers for that. What we offer A team of obsessed builders, full of speed, rigor, and grit Full design ownership: no design-by-committee, no layers between you and shipped product Mission-driven, no-BS culture: experiment, ship, learn Meaningful equity through qualified employee stock options (QESO) from day one Fully on-site in Stockholm - we believe in working together Top-tier compensation package Our tools Design: Figma AI: Lovable, Claude Design, Claude Code, Codex — use whatever makes you fastest Product: React, React Native, TypeScript — built by our engineers, with you if you code Platforms: Web app, mobile (iOS & Android), browser extension About Spiich Labs Spiich is the agentic platform for sales teams. Reps focus on the human work — building relationships, building trust, and closing deals — while Spiich agents handle everything else: prospecting, lead generation, CRM updates, meeting prep, follow-ups, and everything in between. We're backed by founders and operators behind Lovable, OpenAI, Tandem Health, and Neo4j. How we hire Submit your application Intro call with the team Portfolio deep-dive: walk us through work you're proud of and the decisions behind it Design exercise Join us for trial work lasting 2 days on-site. We'll see how you tick and you get to meet the team and explore whether joining Spiich feels right for you. We move fast — the full process typically takes under two weeks. How to Apply Drop us a line at [email protected] with your portfolio, a note on why this excites you, and your proudest work. No CV needed.

Experienced B2B Sales Representative at MäklarOfferter - 1 Million SEK Monthly Budget
For you who love closing big deals over the phone! Some people prefer email – others do their best deals over the phone. If you're in the latter group and have results to show for it, we'd love to talk with you. MäklarOfferter is now looking for an experienced B2B sales representative who wants to develop partnerships with Sweden's leading real estate agents and brokerage firms. You thrive best when you get a new person on the line, understand what matters to the customer, and manage to move the conversation forward. You love that feeling when an initial "no" turns into a great conversation and when a great conversation becomes a satisfied, returning customer. About MäklarOfferter MäklarOfferter is Sweden's largest intermediary for residential property sales to the real estate brokerage industry. We help home sellers compare and choose real estate agents for their property sale, and we currently partner with agents and brokerage firms throughout Sweden. For you as a sales representative, this means you work with an established service and a brand that is already well-known among many of the brokers you contact. Your Assignment You'll start with a substantial existing customer base to work with. This gives you good opportunities to generate results early on, while you're also expected to build new business. So you won't be starting from scratch – but expectations are high. Your monthly budget is approximately 1 million SEK, and you're responsible for both developing existing customers and bringing new brokers and brokerage firms on board at MäklarOfferter. The phone is your most important work tool and you drive the deal yourself from first contact to close. What You'll Do Contact and develop new brokers and brokerage firms via phone. Develop existing customers through follow-up, upselling, and advisory. Drive deals from first contact through negotiation and close. Follow up on customers' results and use of the service. Ensure customers get maximum business value and profitability from their partnership with MäklarOfferter. Help customers optimize their presence on the platform, including through presentations and customer reviews. Deals typically range from 100,000 to 1,000,000 SEK. You therefore need to be comfortable discussing, negotiating, and closing deals at that level. Who We Think You Are We're looking for someone who has successfully worked in B2B telephone sales for at least three years and can demonstrate strong results. You don't need to be motivated to pick up the phone, and you don't lose momentum when some calls end with a no. You're good at connecting with people, asking questions, and understanding what matters to the customer. You can be clear and assertive without becoming tactless, and you know that good sales are often about consistent follow-up. You like working toward clear goals and take responsibility for your own results. At the same time, you work well with others and contribute to a positive team atmosphere. You don't need a particular personality type. You can be calm and thoughtful or fast and energetic. What matters is that people trust you – and that you can convert that trust into deals. We Believe You Have At least three years of experience in B2B telephone sales. Documented strong sales results. Experience independently driving deals from prospecting to close. The ability and confidence to handle deals in the 100,000–1,000,000 SEK range. High activity level, structure, and perseverance. A strong desire to develop through feedback, training, and follow-up. Excellent Swedish, spoken and written. It's a plus if you've worked as a real estate agent or have used MäklarOfferter yourself. What You Get at MäklarOfferter A strong, market-leading brand in the real estate brokerage industry. A substantial customer base to develop from day one. The opportunity to work with some of Sweden's largest brokerage firms. Significant personal responsibility for your customers and your deals. Clear goals and regular follow-up. An environment where strong performance is visible, recognized, and rewarded. Highly engaged colleagues who want to win together and expect you to contribute. Good base salary and commission with excellent opportunities for high total compensation. This Role Is Not for You If You prefer to avoid cold calling. You see follow-up as nagging rather than professional sales work. You want a customer service role where sales takes a backseat. You get uncomfortable with high targets, transparent results, and individual performance tracking. Here you will make a lot of calls. You will get rejected. You will need to follow up multiple times. And you will be expected to deliver. If this is the type of sales you thrive at, we'd love to meet you! Send your CV and cover letter to [email protected]. We look forward to hearing from you!
