Focus on developing customer loyalty and selling additional services through customer satisfaction management. Job responsibilities include: Provide services to new and existing customers in Vodafone stores. Sell SIM cards, products, services, end devices, and accessories. Provide information about products and services in accordance with Vodafone standards to increase customer satisfaction. Handle service requests under supervision using precedents, recommended methods, and standard procedures, and act proactively. Assist with configuring data services. Perform additional tasks related to the position as defined by your supervisor or tasks resulting from assigned projects. Fluent Czech required. Knowledge of English and Ukrainian is an advantage. Salary: 22 000 CZK + commission.
