Rojka Marek, e-mail: [email protected] Position: Retail Sales Specialist. Sale of products and services directly to end customers through the Vodafone store network. Focus on developing customer loyalty and selling additional services through customer satisfaction management. The customer base consists mainly of non-corporate customers, with a partial focus on smaller corporate customers. Job responsibilities include: Provide services to new and existing customers in Vodafone stores. Sell SIM cards, products, services, end devices, and accessories. Provide information about products and services in accordance with Vodafone standards to increase customer satisfaction. Handle service requests under supervision using precedents, recommended methods, and standard procedures, and act proactively. Assist with configuring data services. Perform additional tasks related to the position as defined by your supervisor or tasks resulting from assigned projects. Fluent Czech required. Knowledge of English and Ukrainian is an advantage. Salary: 22 000 CZK + commission.
