Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and review detailed master construction programmes and project controls procedures for live projects. Prepare and present progress reviews and reports to senior management. Liaise with key stakeholders to review project progress, identify risks, and support proactive problem-solving. Issue internal weekly progress reports summarising supervisors' updates, including percentage complete by WBS codes, risks under Winthrop's control (e.g., late deliveries), and any concerns. Issue external weekly progress reports to the Project Manager detailing unavailable areas, delays, design shortages, third-party hold-ups, and percentage complete. Schedule material deliveries in line with the project programme and track all deliveries. Maintain a weekly photographic project diary. Carry out all other duties required to successfully deliver the electrical package. Requirements: Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline. Minimum 5+ years' relevant experience in the construction industry, ideally within a main contracting environment. Experience working on large-scale projects — preferably in data centres or high-tech industrial sectors. Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and planning processes. Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Asta Powerproject; experience with BIM and digital construction tools is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM). Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with understanding of programming techniques and typical production rates. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex planning information clearly. Ability to work to tight and sometimes challenging deadlines.
