Junior Business Analyst ERP M/F

We are looking for a new colleague to join our team and help us manage and develop our corporate ERP system Dynamics 365 Business Central. This is a newly created position, so you will have the opportunity to shape it according to your ideas and the company's needs. We are looking for a person with empathy, patience, and a human approach who can help colleagues and communicate across departments. We don't need an IT expert - what's more important is the ability to understand manufacturing company processes and a willingness to learn and help users work more efficiently. What your job will entail Management and development of ERP system (Dynamics 365 Business Central) · Daily support for end users of CRM and ERP systems · Management, development, and user support of the D365BC system · Coordination of implementation of new features and system changes (gathering requirements from users, communication with ERP vendors, oversight of testing) · Recording reported errors and monitoring their correction · Collaboration with key users from individual departments on process integration · User training and creation of internal ERP documentation · Coordination of testing new system versions and adoption of changes Reporting and data control · Verification of number series, such as item cards, contact cards, etc. · Verification of the correctness of selected ERP data within managed processes · Collaboration on creating reports and statements · Modifications of print forms and templates EDI Communication Management · Monitoring and troubleshooting errors when sending/receiving EDI documents (EXITE, EDISuite, EDI Archive), submitting requests for EDI system configuration. · Collaboration with EDI provider (EDItel) on setting up communication with customers · Testing EDI messages with new partners and maintaining records of EDI setup overview with partners Who we are looking for · You don't have to be an IT specialist, but you have basic awareness of IT matters · You can imagine processes in an international manufacturing company that further sells its products · You can communicate with people - patiently, with respect, and with a focus on helping within the ERP · You are a systematic, reliable, and careful person, you have no problem learning new things, but also revising and updating existing ones · You can maintain clear documentation and keep it current as the ERP evolves · An advantage (but not a requirement) is basic knowledge of ERP or other business systems · You hold a Group B Driver's License (only within a 10km commute between warehouses and main hall) Business laptop, business mobile, professional training, benefits, corporate rates, opportunity for professional growth, motivational compensation system, corporate education, salary increases every year!!!
