We operate with online booking where our guests pre-book and then come to us to pick up their pre-adjusted equipment. The ski rental department also includes the logistics division. About the Role In the department, you work in a large team where you are the closest contact for employees. An important part of your role is being able to motivate, engage, and give feedback to your colleagues. In your role, you ensure that the guest's experience with us always meets our goals regarding routines, workflows, efficiency, and service. Requirements Comfortable with both English and Swedish Class B driver's license Meritorious Experience in a leadership role Experience in the service industry Booking system & cash register experience Work in ski rental Access to a car Application This is a seasonal position from December to April and the position falls under HRF's collective agreement. In the ski workshop, we take care of our guests' ski equipment and our own rental equipment. The ski workshop is part of ski rental services at Branäs. About the Role As a member of our team, you will work collaboratively. Your primary task is to maintain and service the rental equipment and guests' equipment using tools and machines in the workshop. The role also includes work in the daily operations of ski rental. About the Role As an employee with us, you will work in a large team. Your main tasks are to provide our guests with the equipment they need for a complete winter vacation. Some positions involve work in both the ski rental shop and the logistics department, where we deliver ski equipment and accommodation products to the guest's cottage. You will be offered a role in the ski rental or a combination with the logistics department.
