About the Position:
Scope: Part-time 50-80% including weekends.
Work hours 06:00 - 20:00 according to schedule. Shifts 4-8 hours/day.
(From November 1st, 2026, work hours may change to 05:00 - 21:00)
Employment type: Permanent. 6-month probationary period.
Start date: June 2026
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcome and provide personal and professional service to every customer.
- Inspire, advise, and present our products with passion and expertise.
- Help customers find the right product or gift based on their needs.
- Contribute to creating an inviting and inspiring shopping environment that reflects Fredmans identity and high quality standards.
- Meet internal sales and service targets, KPIs, and store policies.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in customer service and sales in specialty retail.
- Is service-oriented and can handle various situations that may arise in a store.
- Has a solid interest in and understanding of high-quality products.
- Is flexible and thrives in an international, fast-paced environment.
- Is communicative, social, and has a natural sense for service.
- Is organized and takes responsibility.
- Is driven, ambitious, and motivated by strong sales results.
- Has excellent Swedish and English skills in speaking and writing.
Employment will require you to undergo a security clearance check with relevant authorities.
