What awaits you with us: - Mechanics and hands-on work: Maintenance and repair of equipment, hydraulics, and pneumatics. - Welding and repairs: Occasionally you'll need to weld something or tighten things up. - Working with equipment: Operating and driving both standard and manual forklifts (VZV). - Professional training: If you don't have experience, your older colleagues will patiently teach you everything. - Career growth opportunity: Show us your skill and organizational talent, and management doors open—we're looking for a future maintenance supervisor. What we need from you: - A feel for technology: Training in a technical/mechanical field, or technical thinking and a willingness to work with your hands. - Reliability: We need a partner we can count on 100% in the workshop. - Drive to develop: A desire to learn new things. - Forklift certificate or welding certificate are advantages, but not required—we'll arrange and pay for all training and certifications!
